Focus

Developing a positive relationship that empowers the young person to communicate their needs, advocate effectively and promote their well being and emotional health.

All of our mentors are matched to the young person according to need to make sure have the right fit, our mentors are DBS enhanced checked, fully trained and qualified with the right experience.

Develop life skills

The softer skills that aren't always easy for neurodivergent people, skills like communicating their needs, taking turns, working collaboratively, planning  and building trusting relationships.

Interest led activities

By developing our provision around each persons unique interests, we can engage in a positive way with our young people to foster individual growth

Empathy

Really understanding how the young person is feeling and helping them to understand themselves better.

Low demand

Autonomy is an important feature of what we do, it is okay for a young person to say 'no' we do not force or impose, we find a way that works for them. The young person is at the heart of everything we do and we listen to them and their family.

Collaboration

Working together with all stakeholders to support transitions, that we understand can be difficult. We can support young people back into school or into a new setting to ensure the best possible outcome.
